Grandparents as Guardians Coffee Meet Up

Coffee and a Chat can be a Lifeline

We hear these things from Grandparents, aunts and uncles, stepparents, and other family members more than we ever expected:

  • " My son chooses Fentanyl over my grandkids".

  • " My daughter's new fiancée hits her when he's drunk and my grandkids are terrified".

  • "My teen had a baby and now we're raising both of them. This is so unexpected and hard"

A Shared Load is a Lighter Load

The law can help with the legal issues. But sometimes you need more. Sometimes you need another person to sit alongside you. Sometimes you need to vent and be heard. Friends who have been through the fire can be a real lifeline. Sharing experiences and hard-won wisdom can save someone else from drama and tears. A shared load is a lighter load.

Held Law Firm hears you. We're responding to you.

Come sit and have your say!

Beginning Monday Sept 9, 2024 at noon, let's gather informally at The Bridge Coffee House and Cafe 11935 Chapman Hwy. in Seymour for the emotional relief of some freely open chat, to splash in the creek, or to walk on the Serenity Trail and introduce ourselves to each other.

Beginning Thursday, August 29, 2024 we will meet at 10 am at Life House Coffee near Powell High School to do the same thing with new friends

Held Law Firm is ready to hear more about your journey! Come sit and have your say!
